Carolina is from Colombia and originally graduated in Industrial Engineering before taking a degree in Journalism and Communications. In 2012, she moved to Johnson City, TN to earn a master’s degree in storytelling from East Tennessee State University. Since then, she has performed in countless libraries, schools, festivals across the US, including the National Storytelling Festival (2019) and the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival (2021). She mainly tells stories from Latin America and Spain. Her mission is to contribute to the appreciation of our very diverse cultures through storytelling. To this day, she has performed shows that breathe the fascinating folklore, mysteries, and histories of Latino descendants that span from the southwest of the US to La Patagonia.
